🔼  Sunday Funday. This Sunday, the George Mason women's basketball team will host Richmond at 11 a.m. Riding a seven-game winning streak, including Wednesday’s 57-48 victory over St. Bonaventure, the Patriots boast an impressive 8-0 record in conference play.

🔼 Weekend Rhode Trip. George Mason men’s basketball travels to the Ocean State to play at Rhode Island tomorrow at 2 p.m. on ESPN+. The Patriots are 18-1 overall and 6-0 in A-10 play for the first time in program history.

🔼  Nation On Notice. Women’s basketball’s Zahirah Walton has been named to the 15-player midseason watch list for the 2025 Becky Hammon Player of the Year Award. Walton is averaging 19.8 points per game, ranking among the top scorers nationally.

🔼  On The Mat. Patriot wrestling returns to the mat on its home floor tonight! George Mason will host Edinboro at 7 p.m. on ESPN+. Tonight is Military Appreciation and Youth Day at the Recreation Athletic Complex. Sunday’s scheduled match at Lock Haven has been postponed due to the anticipated snowstorm. That match has been rescheduled for Feb. 1.

🔼  Change Of Plans. George Mason men’s volleyball will host Merrimack tomorrow at noon. The previously scheduled 5 p.m. match has been moved up to accommodate inclement weather in the forecast. Fans staying warm at home can tune in on ESPN+, while fans in attendance can receive post-game autographs from the team.
