🏀 Men’s basketball beats Saint Joseph’s
🏐 Men’s volleyball wins two

🔼 A Happy Homecoming. Patriot men’s basketball celebrated Homecoming with a 60-52 win over Saint Joseph’s on Saturday. Jahari Long led the team with a game-high 20 points. The Patriots will play at Richmond tomorrow at 7 p.m.
“Games like this are a big reason why I’m blessed and fortunate to be a George Mason alum. I thought this crowd tonight was electric. They gave us life. I told our guys these are the type of games they’ll remember for the rest of their lives.”
🔼 Successful Homestand. The men’s volleyball team capped its six game homestand with two wins over Manhattan! On Friday, the Patriots beat the Jaspers 3-1 behind Aidan Weltin’s career night that featured 21 kills. They turned around to win again on Saturday, 3-1. Weltin led the way again with 12 kills, while Georgi Zahariev recorded a game-high 34 assists.
🔼 Still Unbeaten. George Mason women’s tennis remains undefeated after beating the University of Mary Washington and Delaware State over the weekend. The Patriots beat UMW 4-3 after a three-hour battle on the road on Friday. They returned home to beat Delaware State 4-3 in a match that lasted until nearly midnight.
🔼 Rally Caps. George Mason men’s tennis defeated Mary Washington 4-3 in a close match. Despite losing all doubles matches, the Patriots rallied in singles, with key victories from Monil Lotlikar, Deniz Okyay, Shari Saeed, and Adria Franco securing the win.
