⚾️ Baseball extends winning streak
🥎 Softball hosts Georgetown

By virtue of their regular season finish and conference tie-breaker protocol, the Green & Gold have earned the No. 2 seed and a double-bye and will open tournament play on Friday, March 6 at 5 p.m. facing either No. 7 Dayton or No. 10 George Washington. Free T-Shirts on Senior Day vs. No. 23 Saint Louis

Men's basketball wraps up the regular season by hosting its first top-25 opponent since 2024! The Patriots will celebrate their seniors Saturday when they take on #23 Saint Louis at 4 p.m. The first 1,200 fans in attendance will receive a free green Patriot Pressure t-shirt and lower bowl tickets start at under $20 (including fees).

🔼 Riding High. George Mason baseball extended its winning streak to five games as they downed James Madison 11-2 last night. Drew Canody led the offense with a grand slam and three runs scored. Diego Cardenas earned the win with four strikeouts and allowed just one earned run. The Patriots will play at Towson today at 2 p.m.

🔼  Fell Short. The men’s basketball team fell to VCU 70-65, despite a comeback effort. The Patriots held VCU’s offense 13 points below its season average. Kory Mincy led George Mason with 18 points. Riley Allenspach recorded his third double-double of the season with 17 points and 10 rebounds. The Patriots will conclude the regular season against No. 25 Saint Louis on Saturday.

🔼  Midweek Mash. Patriot softball will host Georgetown today at 1 p.m. today. George Mason will go on to host Fordham this weekend.

🔼 Playing Host. The men’s tennis team will host Delaware today at noon at the Mason Tennis Complex. This will be George Mason’s first outdoor match at home. The Patriots enter the match with a 5-1 overall record.

🔼 Double It. Two Patriots earned conference honors this week! Logan Rumberg was named the A-10 Pitcher of the Week after throwing six innings with no hits or runs. He and Brant Ertel combined for a no-hitter against Lehigh on Sunday.

Men’s volleyball’s Georgi Zahariev was named the EIVA Offensive Player of the Week and AVCA National Player of the Week! He played in all seven sets in wins against No. 19 NJIT and Dominican. Against NJIT, he recorded a season-high 53 assists.
