Playing a game on the court or the field builds strength, quick thinking, and teamwork. Did you know that building games can have the same effect? Mason Game and Technology Academy has summer classes open now for middle and high school students to strengthen their STEM skills, build their ability to problem solve, and learn how to work in a team environment. Taught by George Mason faculty and graduate students in Computer Game Design and Computer Science, students will focus on projects and core skills development, with classes available in Fairfax and Manassas. 🔼 Locked In. George Mason men’s basketball team will welcome guard/forward Efeosa Oliogu-Elabor for the 2026-27 season. The 6-foot-6 Ontario native, who previously played for Butler, is known for his defensive prowess and versatility on the court. Oliogu-Elabor has a strong international background, having represented Team Canada in various FIBA tournaments and achieving notable success.

🔼 Officially Official. George Mason women’s basketball has signed Mary-Kate Tshibuabua, a post player from Rhode Island. Tshibuabua, known for her size, skill, and toughness, brings valuable frontcourt depth and versatility to the team. The Patriots also signed guard Tia Dobson.
🔼 Leading The Way. George Mason leads the Atlantic 10 Men’s Golf Championship by four strokes heading into the final round. David Fuhrer leads the Patriots in eighth-place. The final round begins today at 8:15 a.m.
🔼 Rockin’ Rook. Freshman Alyssa Hopkins was named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week after leading George Mason’s offense with a .667 batting average and a .706 on-base percentage. Hopkins recorded 10 hits in 15 at-bats, including two doubles and a home run, during the Patriots’ five-game slate.
