🔼 Historic Finish. The George Mason golf team finished second in the Atlantic 10 Championship, its best finish since joining the conference. Vaughn McMeans led the Patriots with a seventh-place finish, while Uzair Mirza tied for 10th.

🔼 Welcome Home. George Mason welcomes back Baraka Okojie, a former Patriot guard, who will return to the program for the 2026-27 season after playing for Memphis and Mercer. Okojie, who was an A-10 All-Rookie selection, ranked second in the Southern Conference in scoring last season with 19.7 points per game. He is known for his defensive prowess and understanding of the Patriot Pressure system.

🔼  Aussie Aussie Aussie! George Mason men’s basketball Emmett Adair, a 2026 Patriot League All-Rookie Team selection, will join the team for the 2026-27 season. The 6-9 forward, who averaged 14.6 points per game as a freshman at Loyola (Md.), is known for his elite shooting and versatility. Adair represented Australia in international competitions.

🔼 Smarty Pat. George Mason women’s lacrosse players Delaney Stup and Kaitlyn Bestick received Atlantic 10 postseason honors. Stup was named to the A-10 All-Rookie Team, while Bestick was selected to the A-10 All-Academic Team.

🔼 Weekend At Home. Patriot baseball will host George Washington this weekend, starting today at 2 p.m. They’ll play again tomorrow at 1 p.m., with fans in attendance able to meet adoptable dogs! Bring one dog item to donate and receive 50% off one ticket. The series will conclude on Sunday at noon.
