🔼 Medaling Patriots. George Mason track & field won four medals on day one of the A-10 Championships! Kennedy Drish and Walt Bannerman won gold in the men’s and women’s pole vaults. Lloyd Sheppard-Brown won the men’s 10,000m. Alex DeRoussel took bronze in the men’s 3000m steeplechase.

🔼 Mason Beats Washington. George Mason baseball swept George Washington in an A-10 series over the weekend! They started the series with a 16-1 win, recording season highs in hits and runs. The Patriots kept the winning going on Saturday with an 8-5 win to secure the series. Mason completed the sweep with a 6-5 win on Sunday.

🔼  Making Progress. George Mason rowing had a successful day at the Novak Memorial Metropolitan Championship with six top-three finishes. The Varsity 8+ and Second Varsity 8+ boats finished second in their finals. The Varsity 4+ won its heat and finished third in the final.
