MBB Open Practice! Get your first look at the 2026-27 men's basketball team at the team's open practice on Tuesday, September 22 at EagleBank Arena! Doors open at 7 p.m., with the 20-minute team scrimmage beginning at 7:45 p.m. There will be Green Machine performances, videoboard entertainment and more! Prior to the open practice, all fans are welcome to participate in the fourth annual Mason Mile, beginning at President's Park on campus. Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m. Then at 6:30 p.m., all participants will walk or run a mile to the arena, where the practice will take place. 🔼 Back On Track. Veteran Patriot cross country runner Alex DeRoussel won his first individual title at the Salisbury University Fall Classic. He has overcome injuries that sidelined him for two seasons. His return has bolstered the team, which was ranked second in the A-10 Preseason Poll. The Patriots will compete at the Main Line Invitational today at 5:30 p.m.

🔼 On The Road, Again. George Mason women’s volleyball will play at the JMU Tournament this weekend. They’ll take on Delaware State today at 3 p.m., followed by a match tomorrow against UNCG at 1 p.m. The Patriots will play James Madison on Sunday at 3 p.m. on ESPN+.

🔼 Doubleheader. The Patriot men’s and women’s soccer teams will play back-to-back at Saint Joseph’s tomorrow. The men’s team will play at 2 p.m., followed by the women’s team at 5 p.m. Both matches will stream on ESPN+.

Top-10 Tailgate. Men's soccer hosts its biggest home match in years when the Patriots battle third-ranked Ohio State on Friday, September 25 at George Mason Stadium! All fans are welcome to tailgate in Lot P before the match. Cars and trucks can load-in beginning at 4:45 p.m. for the 5 p.m. tailgate. Alcohol is permitted but all individuals entering the tailgate area must present valid photo ID. Grills must be charcoal to be utilized within the tailgate. Tickets for the 7 p.m. game vs. the Buckeyes are just $10 and can be purchased in advance or at the gate on gameday.
