🔼 Watch Her. Women’s basketball head coach Vanessa Blair-Lewis was named to the 2027 Kathy Delaney-Smith Mid-Major Coach of the Year Award watch list. Blair-Lewis enters her sixth season as head coach of the George Mason women's basketball program and her 28th season overall in 2026–27. In five seasons in Fairfax, she has transformed the Patriots from a three-win team in 2020–21 into one of the Atlantic 10's premier programs.

🔼 Meet Makhai. Men’s basketball player Makhai Valentine is a transfer guard. After high school, he spent a year at Link Year Prep and then spent a year each at Missouri State and Northern Illinois. Last season with the Huskies, he averaged 13.3 points per game on 35.8% shooting from the three-point range. Now, he's ready to take on any challenge to help continue the Patriots' winning ways — including coming off the bench, where the coaching staff believes he can make a huge impact.

🔼 New Episode. In this week's episode, host Bill Rohland talks Patriots basketball with women's head coach Vanessa Blair-Lewis and junior guard/forward Summer Yancy about this year's team.
